Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LITMIS WEB website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

LITMIS WEB provides web design, web development, and related services including but not limited to:

• Custom website development
• Web application development
• Website maintenance and support
• Bug fixes and troubleshooting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Accurate and complete information needed for project completion
• Content (text, images, materials) for the website in a timely manner
• Prompt feedback and approvals when required

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Additional work outside scope will be quoted separately

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom website code. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio (with client permission).

6. Revisions Policy

Our standard packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at our hourly rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

LITMIS WEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

8. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Refunds will be calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation date.
